is one one of those rare instructional books that you can open at random, say
"I'll try these techniques" and then collapse four hours later in a sweaty heap.
Then you'll realize you're only half-way through the chapter. Kim does a geat
job of keeping variety an essential part of your workout, with wildly inventive
focusing techniques thrown in alongside "traditional" exercises most martial
artists dread. Even if you've never done any martial arts, toss this in your
gym bag and you're sure to have a memorable workout (some of the exercises will
get you funny looks too!) Recommended by Clyde B.
